1) I want a subscription or a single copy on The Washington Post electronic edition:

2) I would like to read an old electronic edition of The Washington Post not presently
shown.
Send an email from your subscription mailaddress to:
wpcontact@pressterra-presstige.com with the desired date of the edition.
3) I want to change my mailaddress:
Send an e-mail from your new mailaddress to:
wpcontact@pressterra-presstige.com with the old subscription mailaddress.
4) I want my password changed:
Send an e-mail from your subscription mailaddress to:
wpcontact@pressterra-presstige.com
A new password will be generated.
If you want a specific password, pls let us know in that mail.
5) I forgot my password:
Click on the e-edition of The Washington Post you want to read.
Turn first page by clicking on right hand side corner.
A message with please fill in the following data will appear.
Fill in your subscription mailaddress.
Click on Send password reminder email
Within seconds (normally) you will receive an e-mail with your password.
6) I can only read the e-edition of The Washington Post on three different computers:
That is right!
It is possible to read the e-paper of The Washington Post on three different computers. If you
want to use more computers you have to buy another subscription of The Washington Post.
If you have changed computer(addresses) or moved house/office, pls send an e-mail from
your subscription mailaddress to
wpcontact@pressterra-presstige.com
We will reset the addresses, so you can choose three new computer(addresse)s.
7) I have bought a subscription but got no password:
Maybe you did not receive the mail with the password for reasons of spam. Pls go to the
edition you want to read. Click on the newspaper, turn 1 page and you have to fill in your
mailaddress and a password. Fill in your mailaddres of your paypalaccount and click on
Send password reminder email. Within seconds you will get your password in your mailbox.
8) I want to unsubscribe:
Pls click on the unsubscribe button.
